Hi All..

With the collapse of EOS, Maxjet, Zoom and now Silverjet. Aer Lingushave now announced that they have had huge losses and are working on ways to re-settle the movements in the company.

Also Alitalia have filed for Bankruptcy protection.


:(:( hate to see this happen, Something needs to be sorted sooner rather than later.

Hi All,My wife and myself are going on a holiday on the 6 Dec to 13.We were going out first with LTE they went under,then it was Iberworld they also went under.The new one now is Jet2.Hope we get there and back without any more changes.It is bad out there.:rolleyes:

Aer Lingus have cut back on the transatlantic flights next summer out of Shannon, looks like only two aircraft per day now. BOS is still daily, JFK is down to 5 days a week and Chicago is only three days a week, all be it non stop now.

There is still a daily flight to JFK though- the days Aer Lingus don't operate Delta operate
